Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our boat rental service in Greece. We strive to provide a memorable experience exploring the beautiful Greek islands. Please review our return policy carefully.

1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Upon booking your boat rental, a deposit of 30% of the total rental price is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the rental date.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

– More than 90 Days Before Rental: Full refund of the deposit.

– 30 to 90 Days Before Rental: 50% refund of the deposit.

– Less than 30 Days Before Rental: No refund of the deposit.

3. WEATHER CONDITIONS

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe for motorboating (e.g. high winds), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking with a full refund or credit toward a future rental or offer you a catamaran. 

4. CHANGES TO RESERVATION

Changes to your reservation (dates, times, etc.) can be made up to 30 days prior to your scheduled rental without penalty, subject to availability. Changes made within 20  days may incur additional fees.

5. NO-SHOWS

If you do not arrive on time for your scheduled departure without prior notification, you will be considered a no-show and will forfeit any payments made.

6. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY

Clients are responsible for any damage incurred during their rental period beyond normal wear and tear. A security deposit may be required at check-in and will be refunded after an inspection post-rental if no damage is found.

7. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you encounter issues during your trip that significantly affect your experience, please notify us immediately so we can address them promptly.
